And Mordecai came again to the king’s gate. But Haman hasted to his house mourning, and having his head covered.Est. 6: 12

(Men With a Large Heart)

Mordecai had just been rewarded for an act he had done in favor of the kingdom. It seemed that the king and all his officials had forgotten this act because a long time had passed without anything being done to reward it. But God be praised – Mordecai stayed in his post as if nothing had happened! He continued to work for the kingdom and also to pray for the Jews with all his heart. Beloved, there is nothing we are doing for the Kingdom that will go unrewarded, I assure you!
Take a good look at this man after God honored him, he went back to the gate and did not struggle for a bigger place than he had before.
Kindhearted men don’t fight for position, they are just available to work. It is not the title but the toil that preoccupies them. Mordecai left for the gate while awaiting the next decree of the king.

Let us pray: Father, it is Your will that I be satisfied with what I have, as demonstrated by Mordecai, I pray that my heart will be focused on you while I remain at my duty post, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Revival is now!
